Do you have experience with similar companies, and what results have you achieved?

Take a look here to see the sectors we work in. We help businesses gain control of quality, productivity and capacity. This not only delivers better results, but also creates greater stability across the business and improves employee satisfaction.

How do the apps help us gain control of planning and workforce deployment?

The Workload Planner gives you a workload modelling tool tailored to your business and the specific characteristics of each location. The Workforce Planner provides insight into your ideal staffing levels. By combining both software solutions, you can take a proactive approach to achieving optimal workforce planning.

Do you also carry out benchmarks, and what can we learn from them?

Absolutely. We have an extensive database (European Labour Standards), as well as specialised data for many sectors. For a benchmark, we combine insights from our database with professional expertise and sector data. This gives you a clear overview of your current position.

Are measurements always required to establish labour standards?

No. In many cases, our database already provides sufficient information. Additional measurements can, of course, be carried out if there is a specific need within your operations.

Can the software be integrated with the systems we already use, such as our WFM solution?

Yes, in many cases. APIs are available for our software, and we already have integrations with numerous WFM solutions across Europe. If you would like to know whether your WFM solution is supported, please get in touch.

Common Held Beliefs

You may hold a belief about the applicability of activity-based workload modelling or an ideal staffing model that proves unfounded in practice. Perhaps you already use planning software. Your situation may seem too specific, or you may feel that you currently do not have the time. These are understandable considerations. On closer examination, however, they rarely prove to be genuine obstacles. Instead, they are assumptions worth challenging. By modelling workflows and staffing requirements, we create value, insight and confidence for a wide range of businesses.

I already have planning software

That is a good starting point. Our Workload Planner and Workforce Planner software integrates with many planning systems and can also connect through standard APIs. We would be happy to explain the added value our software can bring within your existing planning environment. We can also help you assess how fully you are already using the potential of your current planning software.

I need a WFM solution before I can get started with this approach

Although implementing a WFM solution is a very good idea, you do not need to wait before modelling your workflows. We help you define clear requirements for a WFM solution that fits your business. A Quick Scan also provides insight into existing opportunities that you can take into account when selecting and implementing a WFM solution.

This approach is too complex for my business

Our clients vary widely in size. Here you can see the businesses we work with. Drawing on many years of experience, we avoid unnecessary complexity and develop solutions that fit your specific situation.

My business is not ready for this yet

That may be the case. But this could also be an opportunity for your business to benefit from WFM. You would not be the first to do so. We would be happy to discuss this with you in a free, no-obligation introductory meeting.

I already have a calculation model that guides my decisions

It is good that you already have a calculation model and use it to guide your decisions. Our core expertise lies in modelling workflows and optimal staffing levels. If you are interested in the differences between your calculation model and our software, we would be happy to explore them with you. This will enable you to decide for yourself whether opportunities exist and where they may lie.
