For Workforce Planner, we configure roles and qualifications for each work area and link them to the activities defined in Workload Planner. We also add cost components for each role to create a complete view of labour costs. This provides insight into current and future staffing requirements by location and allows us to model different business and growth scenarios.
Preparation for Operational Use
We set up all locations, including structures, variables and the ideal staffing model. Where required, we also activate integrations with WFM solutions.
