Frequently Asked Questions

Explore frequently asked questions about our software, our services and working with us. You can find more frequently asked questions here.

What does the pricing model look like?

We charge a service fee for our software. Our other services are available on either a project or subscription basis. Every project is tailored to your business and aligned with you to meet your specific requirements and preferences.

What is the payback period?

In general, the payback period is between three and six months. Of course, every situation is different. We would therefore be happy to arrange a free, no-obligation introductory meeting.

Do you have experience with similar companies, and what results have you achieved?

Take a look here to see the sectors we work in. We help businesses gain control of quality, productivity and capacity. This not only delivers better results, but also creates greater stability across the business and improves employee satisfaction.

How do the apps help us gain control of planning and workforce deployment?

The Workload Planner gives you a workload modelling tool tailored to your business and the specific characteristics of each location. The Workforce Planner provides insight into your ideal staffing levels. By combining both software solutions, you can take a proactive approach to achieving optimal workforce planning.

How is the workload model developed, and does it work for all our locations?

By combining our extensive database with many years of time-study experience, we develop a workload model for your business. In most cases, our database provides all the information needed. Where required, targeted time studies can be added for specific areas.

How is the model kept up to date?

We keep our database up to date through time studies and measurements. You can also adjust modules, parameters and other settings yourself, ensuring that the model remains aligned with your guidelines and day-to-day operations at all times.

What does the implementation process require from our business, and how soon will we see results?

Implementation is a close collaboration between your business and Endevries. At the outset, we define which employees will be involved and which prerequisites need to be in place. We generally see initial results within one quarter. Larger-scale changes take an average of six to twelve months. The exact timeframe depends on the business challenge, the objectives and the level of urgency.

Can the software be integrated with the systems we already use, such as our WFM solution?

Yes, in many cases. APIs are available for our software, and we already have integrations with numerous WFM solutions across Europe. If you would like to know whether your WFM solution is supported, please get in touch.

How do we ensure that the business actually uses the software?

We cannot provide a guarantee. However, experience shows that this approach is successful. We develop best-practice guidelines for the use of workforce management within your business. We also ensure that your team is able to use the solution and understands its value. Additional management information gives you clear insight into adoption and results.

Are we tied to a specific type of collaboration?

We tailor the way we work together to your preferences and the needs of your business. You can use our tools independently or draw on ongoing, structured support whenever needed. You do not have to make this decision at the outset.

Do you also carry out benchmarks, and what can we learn from them?

Absolutely. We have an extensive database (European Labour Standards), as well as specialised data for many sectors. For a benchmark, we combine insights from our database with professional expertise and sector data. This gives you a clear overview of your current position.

Are measurements always required to establish labour standards?

No. In many cases, our database already provides sufficient information. Additional measurements can, of course, be carried out if there is a specific need within your operations.
