From Workload to Better Workforce Planning
In the introductory WLP training, you learn how to use Workload Planner to align staffing more effectively with strongly fluctuating product and customer flows. You discover which activities determine workload and how to manage them holistically within the daily planning process.
You gain insight into how activities and labour standards are structured, managed and translated into practical planning. This makes it clear how workload arises, how to determine it by process or activity, and how to convert it into budgeted hours and workforce planning. The result is greater control over staffing requirements, peak periods and day-to-day variances.
You learn how activity-based labour standards and budgeting make planning evidence-based, transparent and manageable. You also learn to use simulations of process changes and forecasts to plan ahead and adjust workforce deployment in time.
